1:The main combination parts:

The aluminum tube production line usually combined by multiple core modules to achieve fully automated production form raw material to finished production

Stamping Forming Machine: It stamps aluminum discs into tubular shapes(round tubes) with diess, while forming the shoulder and neck of the tube

Threading Process: Threads are machined at the tube neck(for screw-top aluminum tubes)

Cutting and Trimming: Aluminum tubes are cut based on required lengths with edge trimming.

Internal Coating System: Applies a protective coating(e.g.,epoxy resin) to the inner wall of aluminum tubes to prevent reactions between the contents and aluminum.

Curing Oven: The curving oven thermally dries the internal coating at high temperature to ensure firm adhesion

Printing Machine: Utilizes gravure printing technology to apply designs, texts, or brand logos on the exterior surface of alumnium tubes

Drying System: Cures the printing ink to ensure durable adhesion

Inspection System: Automatically inspects aluminum tubes for dimensional accurancy, coating uniformity, and print quality

Packing Machine: Automatically packs finished alumnium tubes into cartons

2: Core production Process

① Stamping Forming: The aluminum sheet is drawn into a tube through a multi-station punching press, simulataneouly forming the tube shoulder and nozzle

(including both shoulder and no shoulder tubes). High precision is required to prevent cracks or uneven wall thickness.

② Internal coating process: Apply food-grade or medical-grade coating by spraying to ensure safety and corrosion resistance. The coating must be uniform and cured at

high temperature (typically 180-220°C)

③ Printing and Decoration: Supports multi-color printing for intricate designs. Selected premuim production lines are equipped with UV printing or hot stamping process.

④ Threading and Sealing Processing: Tube thread profiles must precisely match corresponding caps to ensure hermetic sealing. Select aluminum tubes require additional

、inner liners (e.g.,ointment tubes).
