*instructions:

1: Boot sequence. Turn on the main switch → press the control start key → Turn on UV lamp control → oven chain → normal boot.

2: shutdown sequence → Turn off UV control → oven chain → shaft core polishing motor fan → press the control stop button → lay down the main switch.

3: Pay attention and read well, mechanical labels, safety signs, and electric shock safety in case of accidents.

4: All gears must be buttered once every two months, all sliders, guides, movable nodes, bearings must be filled with butter once a month, pay attention to the old oil must be clean when filling new butter to inject new oil, to ensure mechanical life and lubrication.

5: Electrical cabinet maintenance, every month to use gas (no water) to blow the dust inside the motor, in the blowing must be turned off the power.
